Perfluorinated foaming resin
Perfluorinated foaming resin

Fluoplus® Perfluorinated foaming resin is processed using perfluorinated resins (FEP, PFA, etc.) as raw materials via physical foaming extrusion process. During extrusion, gases such as N2 and CO2 are injected and evenly dispersed in the matrix resin. It is mainly used for high-frequency and high-speed cable insulation layer extrusion. Perfluorinated foam resin has lower dielectric constant and dielectric loss compared to unfoamed resin, thereby reduce attenuation during signal transmission and improve signal transmission rate. At the same time, it can reduce cable weight and cable size.
